About Stephen

Stephen studied at UniSA, completing both a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science and Graduate Diploma in Clinical Exercise Science before studying his Master of Exercise Science degree through Edith Cowan University in Western Australia.

Stephen has a keen interest in resistance training for rehabilitation, helping clients with conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and arthritis. Stephen uses best evidence based practice and the individual’s wants and needs to create suitable, on-going and condition specific exercise programs to help clients achieve their goals.
Working in the public and private health systems, Stephen has gained experience working with many chronic conditions and believes strongly in a multi-disciplinary approach to each individual’s health.
Stephen also has an interest in athlete development and sports rehabilitation. He is a Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach with ASCA and has worked extensively with state and international level adolescent athletes.
