myPhysioSA is open and strictly following all Covid-19 precautions and hygeine standards.

to keep clients and our team safe.

We are ‘upping the ante’ on all hygiene practices in the clinics including:

  • All common surfaces such as door handles, water cooler, chairs, reception desk, pens and bathroom are sanitised regularly throughout each day.
  • We are pre-screening everyone prior to attending their appointment
  • Magazines and toys will be removed from the waiting room for the time being
  • We encourage you to come alone to your appointment if possible, this will minimise the numbers of people in the clinics
  • Keeping our therapists’ safe and health in top shape!

To help us keep the clinic safe for all, can we please ask that you:

  • Notify reception if you have been in contact with the Coronavirus.
  • Reschedule your appointment if you feel even slightly unwell.
  • Do not attend the clinic if you have travelled overseas, or have been interstate in the last two weeks.
  • Sanitise your hands upon entry and exit to the clinic.
  • Adhere to any other hygiene protocols within the clinic.

You may not want to sit in our waiting room, and that’s okay:

If you are self-isolating as you are concerned about contracting COVID-19 please by assured that myPhysioSA clinics are clean and safe. If you arrive early for your appointment, feel free to call our reception team on 1300 189 289 and advice that you have arrived. We can come out and get when it’s time for your appointment.

Restrictions for in-clinic treatment:

Persons who have arrived back from overseas, been interstate in the past 14 days or who has had close contact with any person with a confirmed case of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) must not attend the clinic for 14 days following the exposure.

The Australian Physiotherapy Association is our professional association. The Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency and the Department of Health are our governing bodies. In a situation such as this, we follow the advice, policies and procedures outlined by these organisations.
