A targeted fitness, strength, balance and flexibility supervised program made just for you!

Your treating Physio or Exercise Physiologist will design and show you through your targeted fitness & rehab program.

At other gyms you may well get some young inexperienced gym instructor who knows nothing about rehab.

Our on-site gym’s are for our client’s use only. There are no leotards in sight or sweaty weight lifters trying to compete with you.

Each gym has all the equipment required to suit your rehab needs.

There will only be small numbers in our gym at any time. You won’t have to compete for machines.
