Sessions 1 to 4: Guided by our Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, focusing on education, symptom management, and supportive tools for long-term wellbeing.
Session 5: Led by our Dietitian, exploring nutrition and lifestyle support during menopause.
Session 6: Run by our Exercise Physiologist, helping you build confidence in movement and exercise.
