This class is suitable from six weeks after having your baby.
We run small group Pilates mat work classes with a maximum of six mums.
We encourage you to bring your baby and get them involved in the class.
The key focus is on restoring tone and shape to abdominal muscles.
Our classes are the perfect way to get started into a supervised program after having had a baby.
