Lara graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2018 with a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology. Her passion for health and exercise began at a young age when she started dancing. Over the years she has been involved in a variety of sporting and fitness interests as well as supporting others to improve their health. It was through this exposure, Lara was motivated to specialise her skill set to support people with a diversity of health conditions and therefore she become an Exercise Physiologist.
Lara enjoys working with people who have acute and chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities where exercise has been shown to treat and manage their health and well being. She creates individualised evidence based programs to assist people with their short and long term goals. Lara is passionate about people and enjoys working with them to improve their quality of life.
