About Natalie

Natalie graduated from University of South Australia and broadened her practice working within the adult disability sector and in general musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

With a passion for women’s health and pelvic floor physiotherapy Natalie completed postgraduate study via University of Melbourne, and continues to attend ongoing education courses in this specialty area. She has also completed postgraduate certifications in Pilates, pregnancy and post-natal exercise.

Natalie currently works for ‘myPhysioSA for her’, located in the Adelaide Hills Obstetrics and Gynaecology Clinic in Mt Barker. She  runs small group classes including; ‘Beautiful Bumps’ (pregnancy), ‘Mums and Bubs’ (post-natal), ‘Pelvic Floor Bootcamp’ (incontinence/ pelvic organ prolapse), ‘Pelvic Rebalance and Relaxation’ (persistent pelvic pain conditions), and antenatal education.

Natalie lives locally in the Adelaide Hills with her young family and is passionate about education, rehabilitation and self-empowerment of people through the lifespan.
