About Rhianna

Rhianna is an Exercise Physiologist at myPhysioSA in Marden with a long‑standing passion for helping people improve their health, confidence, and quality of life through movement. She completed her Health Science degree at Flinders University and began her career in the community aged‑care sector, working closely with clients managing a wide range of chronic conditions. This experience strengthened her belief in the power of exercise to support healthy ageing by improving independence, function, and wellbeing.

Rhianna later completed a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of South Australia, further developing her skills in assessment, exercise prescription, and condition‑specific rehabilitation.

Her approach focuses on creating a supportive, encouraging environment where each person feels confident and capable in their movement journey.

Outside the clinic, Rhianna loves spending time with her young family. With three boys, life is always active, but she still finds time to play netball, enjoy her garden, go for bike rides, and explore local walking and hiking trails.
