About Rhi

Rhi graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2018. Since then, she has worked across both public and private health care settings in Victoria and South Australia. She has a special interest in pelvic health and paediatrics and is dedicated to empowering people and their families through various life stages.

Having completed a Graduate Certificate in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne, along with numerous advanced courses in pelvic health and paediatric physiotherapy, Rhi is committed to providing expert care with a holistic approach.

You will find Rhi working at Adelaide Hills O&G’s Mount Barker and Stirling locations. As well as seeing patients in clinic, she also runs the ‘Pelvic Floor Bootcamp’ (incontinence/pelvic organ prolapse), ‘Pelvic Rebalance and Relaxation’ (persistent pelvic pain conditions), and ‘Beautiful Bumps’ (pregnancy) classes.

Rhi is deeply passionate about helping people feel listened to and heard, guiding them through life’s physical and emotional changes with compassion and understanding. She strives to create a safe space for people to be empowered in their own health journey.
