About Victoria

Victoria graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Exercise Science (Rehabilitation) and went on to study Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology. Since graduating, Victoria has worked as a hospital based Exercise Physiologist in Canberra, gaining exposure with falls prevention, Parkinson’s Disease, Dementia and acute total hip and knee replacements.

Growing up Victoria was always active, playing a range of sports, her favourite being hockey. She always knew that she wanted to work in an area that promoted health and wellbeing. She learnt of Exercise Physiology through her undergraduate degree and felt this would be a great way to combine her love of health and movement with her love of helping people.

Victoria believes in a holistic, patient centered approach to assist patients in achieving their goals and getting the best possible quality of life.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family and keeping up with her two young children, being in the garden and trying new restaurants / cafes.
