Kate Holbrook

Kate is a remedial massage therapist who likes to help people feel better. She is fascinated by the workings of the human body, how it moves and its ability to heal itself. She loves learning new things and approaching problems from different perspectives to find the right solution.

While she was completing her Diploma, Kate worked with the North Adelaide Roosters helping the players with their recovery, rehabilitation and pre-game preparation. It was been an incredible way to enhance her knowledge and skills in a real world setting, and she looks forward to working with them for the next season.

Kate loves everything outdoors. When she’s not working, you’ll find Kate exploring the outdoors by bike or foot with her loyal hound, Rodney at her heels.
