Why do Pregnancy classes with a Physio?
Physios have completed a University Degree to learn all about the human body and Women’s Health Physios have done extra training to understand the changes in your body that happen during pregnancy, childbirth and the postnatal period.
We know that exercise during pregnancy is beneficial for both mother and baby but it can be hard to know what type of exercise is best during this time. Your physiotherapist at myPhysioSA for her is trained in providing safe and appropriate pregnancy exercises that will keep you fit and active during pregnancy!
